Each resident has an initial interview with one of the resident managers to find out the recovering alcoholic/addict’s standing in the recovery process. Following the interview, the resident is given a recovery plan that fits his situation. The plan includes, but is not limited to, a path through a 12-Step recovery program. Each resident is required to have a sponsor with whom he meets regularly. The plan is reviewed and adjusted on a regular basis by the resident and his assigned resident manager. The plan is co-developed in an effort to help the resident continue his recovery journey.

Beacon House is a halfway house for those over 18 years of age looking for recovery from drug addiction or alcholism.
