Overview

COUNSELING SERVICES: Outpatient counseling allows client to stay in their home and attend work or school. Primary form of treatment is group counseling. Most extended outpatient groups meet once a week and are formed to meet a variety of needs based on gender, age, culture, drug of choice and other issues associated with a persons substance abuse. Intensive outpatient groups meet more often, 3 to 4 hours a day three or four days a week. ASAC also provides individual counseling, family therapy and aftercare treatment.
