Overview

The mission of A Chance to Change Foundation is to offer a chance to change lives affected by addictions and behavioral disorders. Trained and experienced counselors offer individual, family, and group counseling for adolescents, children and adults. Counseling is provided for substance abuse, problem gambling, other addictions, codependency, family and marital issues, grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related issues.

Office Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday
After hours appointments are available.
