User Reviews: If you have been lucky enough to make it here, chances are you have had a pretty tough go of things. You're tired and broken-- scared and apprehensive, especially if it's your first time in treatment, and the last thing you desire is a long, slow, painstaking intake process. You won't have that here. I can thankSTR, in fact, is efficient, effective and effusive with their empathy. The staff cares and it matters. They, in many cases, have walked in your shoes and understand the personal and professional toll your addiction has taken on your soul. Your job is to listen, maintain discipline, and follow suggestions with the belief that if you do, good things will slowly happen. Patience and positive thinking take time, especially if you enter with a truck load of guilt and fear.Yes, like many rehabilitation facilities, especially in this area, STR will have a good amount of young addicts -- kids if you will, so please check your ego at the door and accept the fact that your addiction has humbled you.All I know is that STR succeeded where other more traditional "in-patient" facilities failed. It was intense but balanced. I did not count the days while in Phase 1 or during their incredibly-wise transitional Phase 2 program. The truth is, you can't hurry recovery, If you rush it, the odds are stacked against you.STR's owners, clinicians, nurses, techs and support staff understand the complexities of addiction. They hold you accountable and provide structure and a clean and safe environment. Ultimately, your success is just that -- your decision to commit to changing your life, and that's a real hard decision to make. But if you do, and you really want it, STR gives you an excellent chance of sustained sobriety.

User Reviews: It is hard not to fall in love with this facility if you happen to have a stay there. I think half the credit for my recovery goes to the beautiful environment that the facility has to offer which made things a lot easier for me. Their food was really great. You are served with a lot of different and exotic meals and then there always are free snacks at your disposal. I personally was a big fan of the free ice cream and cigarettes. I also had an excellent experience with their staff members. They were very caring and supportive and it always felt like they truly cared about your recovery. There were also a number of indoor and outdoor activities to get involved in. I really enjoyed the paints and art sessions. I have recommended this facility to a couple of friends of mine and will also recommend them to whoever is reading this. Great work!

User Reviews: I could not say enough good things about Marworth. I went to this treatment center for an alcohol addiction a few months ago, and I am very happy that I did. I had been struggling with an alcohol abuse habit for about twenty years and previous treatment centers I had gone too just were not working for me. Marworth treatment approach however was exactly what I needed to ensure that I could stay clean and sober for life. Marworth approach uses a lot of one on one attention and a lot of direct, focused treatment services to help people find their path to freedom from even the most difficult and unpleasant of substance abuse habits. One of my favorite things about Marworth is that this treatment center truly was able to help me see the future and see the path out of addiction and into a level of freedom and stability and abstinence that was lasting and permanent. Marworth combines an excellent degree of one on one services and group therapies to make for a well varied, and well thought out recovery approach. I will contend that this is a tricky program. You actually have to work at it and really apply yourself to it. I would say that the only reason why Marworth would not work for you would be if you were not committed to getting clean from your addiction when you entered into the treatment program. But then again, that would be true for anyone going to any kind of treatment program. With Marworth, if you want to get clean, you absolutely will get clean with their help. Of that I can say is true with certainty. This treatment center definitely goes the extra mile and puts in the effort to truly help people no matter how bad their substance abuse habits are. I am very pleased with everything that this treatment center was able to do for me and for the other individuals that I went there with. This treatment center really did save all of our lives and really helped us to find our peace of mind and our freedom from even the most difficult of substance abuse habits. Again, this program is tough, but if you are committed to it, it will save you from addiction.
