I am not religious, so I really appreciated that there is a nonreligious way to go about sobriety. I really liked all the things I learned. I know how to cope with my urges, and how to stay away from drugs. I also enjoyed the music exploration, music therapy. I think that music is really important in life, and being able to integrate this into recovery was a fantastic experience for me. This is what helped me the most to express my feelings.
