Steps To Change - Transitional Housing & Recovery Support Contact Information was a wonderful experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect. The amentities were unbelievable with a personal chef, Outdoor pool and volleyball court, indoor movie theater and pool table. They took you to an outside meeting every night. Yoga, acupunture, and massage therapy were also part of the program. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and more importantly a loved one!

New Direction - Day Treatment Services is something I’m very grateful for. I had been an alcoholic for a really long time without any hope of ever getting rid of my bad habit. This facility did what I thought was impossible for me to overcome on my own. The supportive staff at this facility was always there for me and they all did their best to make sure that there weren’t any hurdles in my recovery. I really enjoyed all the fun activities that helped keep me relaxed and busy during the withdrawal process. I made some great friends during my two months stay and we’re still in touch after our successful recovery. I learned a lot and I experienced even more. Keep up the good work!

It is hard not to fall in love with this facility if you happen to have a stay there. I think half the credit for my recovery goes to the beautiful environment that the facility has to offer which made things a lot easier for me. Their food was really great. You are served with a lot of different and exotic meals and then there always are free snacks at your disposal. I personally was a big fan of the free ice cream and cigarettes. I also had an excellent experience with their staff members. They were very caring and supportive and it always felt like they truly cared about your recovery. There were also a number of indoor and outdoor activities to get involved in. I really enjoyed the paints and art sessions. I have recommended this facility to a couple of friends of mine and will also recommend them to whoever is reading this. Great work!

Staff is able to relate on a very personal level with client needs and experience. Staff is very passionate about clients receiving the needed information and wanting clients to get well and stay well. Older premises in need of renovation. A real gym/fitness area is sorely needed as well as a participatory music program and a library. Also, there should be a central, neutral area where men and women may talk especially to discuss the impact of some of the lessons. It is not a natural situation to be a bi-gender facility with NO communication. Staff observation and redirection as required may be appropriate. I feel that everyone was treated with respect even though some of the clients did "push the ticket ". Again, I feel that the staff, professional or other express a personal interest in clients welfare and health. I have difficulty imagining anyone getting more personal treatment, anywhere.
