They have a work out room and that helped me get a lot of my strength and energy back. It was a really peaceful setting and I loved that fact that we could take walks and do things a group as well as do things individually on our own as well. This place is amazing, but only if you want recovery. The staff and therapists were maxing. They also have a really beautiful outdoor lounge that was a great place to just hang out and not feel like you were cooped up in the facility all day. The staff is very professional.
