Perry Human Services New Bloomfield definitely felt more like a resort than a rehabilitation center. I enrolled at the facility for a detox program that I was able to successfully complete. I liked a lot of things that I encountered there during my stay including food, tidiness of the facility, the overall attitude of their staff members and the group sessions the most. It was a fun experience as we had BBQs, outdoor trips, movies, and cooking classes. I would call it a fun and learning experience while you recover and become much of a positive person than before. Definitely the best facility out there!
The facility in itself was also a great place to be and the attitude of their general staff was also very kind and caring. They treat the underlying causes of the disease and not just have you stop using. Good group options. Worth the stay. It will change your life. The fellow patients are good people. I met a lot of wonderful people.
This is the best place for someone who wants to get sober! The people here really care about the patients and there well being and want to see them succeed and stay sober. They will go out of there way to make sure you get the best treatment and aftercare and will help you get set up for what you need for when you get out.
