Nice, friendly, staff. Incorporates many wellness therapies. Could always use more staff. The counselors were amazing. The clinical staff is highly recommended and very knowledgeable. The facility was very clean and comfortable with plenty to do. The staff is accommodating and genuinely wants to see everyone succeed, and will do anything to make that journey possible. Right down to the kitchen staff that prepares meals that are nutritionally based.
I was so scared and over occupied with the thought that the addiction treatment facilities are tough and confining places. I was scared to get in one for recovery from addiction. I never discussed it with anybody. But at Journey Home I realized my notion was wrong. I felt at ease here. The staff was so helpful that I was overwhelmed. The medical treatment was very effective because of the healthy environment Journey Home provides.
It was a great program, the counselors and case managers were great as well. Along with the treatment sessions, all of the clients were also exposed to a number of other fun activities like trips, outdoor BBQs, movie nights and stuff. They are very helpful. They honestly want to help and make you feel better, and to get back your sobriety. This place was amazing. The staff treats clients with dignity and great potential with personalized treatment plans. I thought I was completely hopeless until I came here and the support I got from here.
