We at Unity Place have a goal, and that is to provide an environment where consumers can learn how to successfully handle life changes.  Consumers increase their social pre-vocational and recreational skills to adapt to stress and develop healthy independent life skills. Unity Place will provide rehabilitation and intensive support in the form of counseling/case management, psycho-educational, prevocational, social, recreational and psychiatric services.  These services will take place in a therapeutic environment with the specific goals of preventing any hospitalization, relapse and decompensation by assisting clients to develop community based living skills.
