About this Facility

For over thirty years, Phoenix House’s IMPACT Program (Intervention Moves Parents and Children Together) has been helping thousands of young people take control of their lives. Teens and young adults struggling with alcohol or substance misuse participate in treatment at our Jack Aron Center on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Most services are scheduled in the late afternoon and early evening to accommodate those who are in school or career training. Individuals may attend treatment one to five days a week. Services include individual and group therapy, vocational/educational support, and healthy recreational activities. We conduct an in-depth evaluation of each person’s needs and develop an individualized treatment plan that addresses his or her personal goals. Parent participation is strongly encouraged, and we work with the entire family to ensure maximum understanding and support throughout the recovery process.

Most major insurance plans and all major credit cards are accepted.
