Once completing the detox process I was able to attend groups or one on one counseling. A couple of things that I really enjoyed about the program was the workout rooms and the music room. Getting nutritious meals daily was great, but then being able to go the workout room daily and build up our muscles and get a strong balanced body back was something that I was striving for so that I could not feel weak and powerless anymore. I would definitely recommend it. Pretty laid back and they are accommodating to needs. This program saves lives every day and is highly recommended. The facilities are beautiful. Everyone was extremely nice and the detox and the program and the counseling were perfect. Awesome food, great medical staff that really cares and lots of attention from the nursing staff. My therapist was amazing and helped me work through some really dark parts of my past.
